Booking Details
To reserve this tour, please forward a deposit of $100 (per person). Balance are due May 30, 2012. A minimum of 30 participants are required by this date for the tour to operate. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking.

Please Note: For this tour, deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the tour departure minus $20 pp admin fee. There are no refunds 0-45 days prior to the tour departure.

DAY 1
Edmundston, NB
We depart Pembroke early Friday morning, traveling eastbound on the 417 highway. Pickup times and locations will be mailed to you one month prior to departure. Tonight we will stay in Edmundston, New Brunswick.

DAY 2 - Saturday, July 14, 2012
Summerside, PEI
This morning, we leave Edmundston and travel through beautiful New Brunswick. After lunch we travel to the Bay of Fundy to explore the famous Hopewell Rocks. Enjoy the amazing views from the network of viewing platforms and if the tide is right – walk on the ocean floor. Crossing the Confederation Bridge, we enter the province of Price Edward Island. Summerside, PEI is where we stay for the next two nights. Tickets to tonight’s performance at the Jubilee Theatre are also included this evening. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 3 - Sunday, July 15, 2012
Summerside, PEI
A full day of touring the red soil Island is in store today. Our local step on tour guide will join us in Charlottetown for a tour of this important Canadian historical city. Next we travel the famous Cavendish Beach area to visit the Anne of Green Gables house and enjoy a leisurely lunch. The PEI Preserve Company is a must see attraction that we will visit among other little island highlights. Tonight enjoy a beautiful lobster supper. Today, breakfast and dinner will be included.

DAY 4 - Monday, July 16, 2012
Baddeck, Cape Breton, NS
We depart PEI this morning enjoying the scenery of Nova Scotia. After lunch in Antigonish we make our way to the another famous East Coast Island – Cape Breton! We visit Rita McNeil’s tea room enroute to the charming village of Baddeck where we stay for the next two nights. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants and views of Canada’s largest inland salt water lake, Lac Bras D’Ors. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 5 - Tuesday, July 17, 2012
Baddeck, Cape Breton, NS
Today we travel the breath taking Cabot Trail. Many stops will be made at various points of interest and small towns along the trail. See why many Scottish Highlanders settled in the familiar landscape of their homeland. Enjoy the rest of the day and evening in Baddeck. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 6 - Wednesday, July 18, 2012
Truro, NS
A free morning is yours to further explore Baddeck. Perhaps you may want to visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum or browse the one of a kind artisan shops Baddeck has to offer. After lunch we will depart for the mainland and make our way to Truro, N.S. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 7 -Thursday, July 19, 2012
Halifax, NS
This morning we travel a short distance to the city of Halifax. A local step on tour guide will join us for a morning tour of this popular East Coast city. Our guide will also make note and give some history and back ground information of the Tall Ships that are visiting Halifax for the Bicentennial Celebrations during our visit. You will love your two night’s stay at our downtown Halifax hotel that is close to many wonderful attractions that Halifax is famous for, such as the Citadel and Pier 21, the port that welcomed many European immigrants starting a new life in Canada, and of course, the restored Halifax Harbour Front. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 8 - Friday, July 20, 2012
Halifax, NS
Today is truly East Coast; we visit a unique Canadian landmark, Peggy’s Cove, before experiencing the charm of Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, (home of the Bluenose Ship). After lunch we will return to Halifax. Soak in the views of the harbour from a restaurant, pup or café that overlooks the ships that sail in and out of port. Enjoy the music, entertainment and wonderful waterfront restaurants that Halifax has to offer. Your tour guides can give you some great recommendations. Tonight you are free to choose your options in this exciting Provincial Capital. There is also the option to try your luck at the Harbour Front Casino. Today, breakfast will be included.

DAY 9 - Saturday, July 21, 2012
Edmundston, NB
Today, you are in for a special treat as we make our way west towards Edmundston. We will be stopping in Moncton to experience its famous Magnetic Hill and for a Luncheon “Kitchen Party” with Ivan and Vivian Hicks. Get ready for an feast piled high with music, dancing and a ton of fun! Tonight, toast your fellow travellers at a farewell dinner in Edmundston. Today, breakfast and dinner will be included.

DAY 10 - Sunday, July 22, 2012
Homeward Bound
We head homeward towards our beloved Ottawa Valley stopping for lunch will be in the Quebec City area. Drop offs will be made in the reverse order of pick ups made on Day 1. Today, breakfast will be included.
